Teacher, Healer, Counselor
Kathleen Armstrong NBCR, RMT, CTHt, a professional in the field of Holistic Health since 1992, is a National Board Certified Reflexologist and Instructor, Reiki Master Teacher,Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and Intuitive Counselor. She is also certified in Acupressure, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and Healing Touch.
Kathleen was healed from over twenty years of severe, debilitating head pain using Reflexology and Reiki. It was after this life altering experience that she decided to dedicate herself to helping others through the Healing Arts.
She continued her studies to include Reconnective Healing, Craniosacral Therapy, Flower Essences, Aromatherapy and Clinical Nutrition.
Kathleen blends her skills into a synergistic healing / counseling session designed especially for each individual. Over the past eighteen years she has helped many clients find their way back to renewed health on every level; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
She was on staff at Little Company of Mary Hospital for one year and Torrance Memorial Medical Center for four years as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Instructor before relocating to Sedona, Arizona in December of 2003.
In addition to her private practice, Kathleen maintains an active teaching schedule. She has taught at the California Healing Arts College, Institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing, Torrance Memorial Medical Center, Beverly Hills Peninsula Spa, Red Mountain Spa and Arizona School of Integrative Studies.
A continuing education provider through the National Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, Kathleen has successfully taught over 2,500 students from all walks of life.
She was a featured guest on the TV show "Looking Beyond" and has been written up in numerous publications including; the Daily Breeze, LA Weekly, Vim & Vigor, The Best of LA, Reflexology Digest, and the Sedona Red Rock News.
Kathleen teaches on-going Reflexology classes and Reiki classes in Sedona, Arizona. She also teaches in Flagstaff, at the Arizona School of Integrative Studies.
She has created a safe, nurturing, peaceful environment for students and clients in the privacy of Kathleen's Sedona Healing Sanctuary.
The purpose of her work is to promote optimal well being on all levels, and greatly supports other traditional therapies. It blends with and enhances conventional medical treatment.
